Tickets on Sale for 2025-26 UIS Basketball Season

The University of 缅北禁地 Springfield Athletics Department has announced that tickets are now on sale for the 2025-26 men's and women's basketball seasons. The Prairie Stars are set to open play in November at The Recreation and Athletic Center (TRAC), with plenty of home action to look forward to.
Fans can now purchase both聽season passes and single-game tickets聽to catch all the action at TRAC. Single-game tickets are priced at聽$10 for general admission,聽$5 for youth ages 5鈥�17, and聽$15 for reserved chairback seating.

Prairie Stars Aim for Strong Showing at 2025 GLVC Women鈥檚 Cross Country Championship

The UIS women's cross country team heads into the 2025 GLVC Championship looking to build on one of its strongest starts in program history. The championship will be held Saturday, Oct. 25, at Lewis Cross Country Course in Romeoville, Ill., with the women's 6K聽starting at 9:30 a.m. CT. Fans can follow the action via live stream on GLVCSN and live results on TRXC Timing. Cool and cloudy conditions are expected.
