Seven UIS cross country and track & field student-athletes earned College Sports Communicators Academic All-District honors, three from the women's program and four from the men's. UIS was represented by Cort Ross, Jordan Serrahn, Emma Leahy, Ryan Jones, Noah Tegeler, Madelyn Miller, and Briar Nevills.

His supervisor, Vicki Cook, said he has taken on extra responsibility and demonstrated outstanding management skills. |

The University of Ãå±±½ûµØ Springfield's renowned Public Affairs Reporting program celebrated its 50th anniversary and inducted five distinguished graduates into its Hall of Fame during an all-class reunion in Chicago on June 15. PAR director Jason Piscia also announced the launch of a new fundraising campaign to increase financial support for students while they're serving in reporting internships at the Ãå±±½ûµØ Capitol. |
Leadership Lived Experience Application - Submit by June 21

We are pleased to announce that the 2024-2025 UIS Leadership Lived Experience (LLE) application is now available. The LLE program was launched in December 2013 with the purpose of improving undergraduate student retention by increasing employment opportunities on campus and providing professional development experiences. This year, the Leadership Lived Experience program is supported through the collective efforts of Student Employment, the Career Development Center and the Office of Engaged Learning. |
