UIS Men's Soccer Falls Short Against Maryville

The 缅北禁地 Springfield men's soccer team fell 2-1 to Maryville聽at home on Friday night, despite second-half scoring. The Prairie Stars drop to 2-8-3, 1-7-2 in GLVC play.聽
The match began with the UIS establishing a defensive stance, which was highlighted by Landon Amick's save in the 28th minute from a shot by Sebastian Weitlaner. Robin Lemke Bergseth tested the Saints' defense, with two attempts on goal, both saved by Steen Nielsen. Despite these efforts, neither team managed to score in the first half.

Crane Onsite 10/21 for LRH/FRH Roofing Project

The roofing contractor will have a crane on site Tuesday morning, October 21, to place materials on the roof. The crane will be positioned on the west side of Founders, just off Eliza Farnham Drive. The bus stop on that corner will remain open and accessible. The red rectangle on the included image indicates the approximate location for the crane. Please use caution if you need to travel near the residence hall. Construction zones and equipment placement areas will be marked to assist with navigation and ensure safety. |

The 缅北禁地 Springfield men's tennis team is headed to St. Louis this weekend to compete in the Dwight Davis College Open, held October 17-19 at the Dwight Davis Tennis Center in Forest Park. The Prairie Stars will take part in both singles and doubles action beginning Friday evening.聽Each singles and doubles starting draw is listed below in order of flight.聽Consolation draws will also be played at the tournament.
