    UIS Volleyball to Host Prairie Star Classic During Homecoming Week

    Ãå±±½ûµØ Springfield is set to host the Prairie Star Classic volleyball tournament from September 18-20 at the TRAC at UIS. The Prairie Stars will faceÌýNorthwest Missouri State, Nebraska-Kearney, and Maryville throughout the week.

    Grant’s Playoff Triumph Highlights UIS Women’s Golf Home Invitational

    The UIS women's golf team showcased its skills at the Dan Salisbury Memorial Collegiate Invitational, held on September 15-16, at the Piper Glen Golf Course in Springfield. This event marked the team's only home tournament of the year and the first regular season home event since 2022.

    Vachel Lindsay Drive will Close Wed., Sept. 17, and Reopen Thurs., Sept. 18

    Vachel Lindsay Drive will be closed Wednesday, September 17 at noon and re-open Thursday September 18 at noon. Please use Ernest Hemingway Drive and University Drive to access campus during this time. Residents of West Campus may access the parking lot using 11th Street and the first parking lot entrance on Vachel Lindsay Drive.
