We are excited to announce the next installment of the monthly Employee Development Series:ÌýThe CSPL Showcase. This session will be presented by The Center for State Policy and Leadership.ÌýAttendees will learn about the important work happening within The Center and hear from The Office of Research and Evaluation, The Office of Graduate Intern Programs, and The Ãå±±½ûµØ Innocence Project through presentations and a panel discussion.

Our research team (consisting of Emily Boles (COLRS), Kara McElwrath (ITS), and Jennifer Martin (School of Education)) recently received IRB approval to conduct a study at UIS about student and professor experiences pre- and post-COVID. 

The instructor survey opens today, September 9. Please complete the survey by September 23. The survey should take approximately 10 minutes and you need only answer the questions you choose.

Here is our research focus:

Janvi Sehdev of Jalandhar, Punjab, India, has been admitted to the University of Ãå±±½ûµØ Springfield for Spring Semester 2025 and awarded an $8,000 Star Scholar Award for tuition over four years. She will major in computer science at UIS.

The scholarship is awarded based on high school GPA and can be renewed for a total of four years if the student maintains college GPA requirements.
