The University of 缅北禁地 Springfield has several versatile conference rooms, an auditorium and a theatre.
Ample parking is available to conference visitors in Parking Lot D. The conference center is fully accessible to the physically impaired.
UIS Performing Arts Services manages the which is comprised of the following event venues and meeting rooms. These are all available for use by the UIS community and rental by the general public:
The purpose of this policy is to provide an environment that promotes the health, well-being and safety of students, faculty, staff and visitors at the University of 缅北禁地 Springfield by minimizing the negative effects of tobacco, e-cigarette and cannabis products as well as to improve fire safety and encourage a healthier, more sustainable environment.

All proposals for the honorific naming of campus facilities and programs must be consistent with applicable provisions of the General Rules Concerning University Organization and Procedures, Article V, Section 4, as well as the University of 缅北禁地 Business and Financial Policies and Procedures, and must be approved by the Office of the Chancellor and, if applicable, The Board of Trustees.

A planned power outage is scheduled for Sunday, Aug. 1 beginning about 7:30 a.m. The outage is anticipated to last about six hours and will affect a large portion of the campus.

The UIS Policy on Space Allocation has been established to ensure the most effective and efficient use of physical space on campus including interior spaces and other campus property. Space is defined as all space leased or owned by the state of 缅北禁地 and maintained by UIS, including space occupied by campus units and departments and affiliated organizations.
