    On Saturday, September 20, the UIS Office of Advancement is hosting the UIS Alumni Gala at the Student Union. Therefore, on Saturday, September 20, Parking Lot J and a section of Lot F will be closed to campus for parking due to this event. On this date, please plan accordingly and utilize alternate parking lots authorized by your parking hang tag.  |

    University of Ãå±±½ûµØ Springfield students, faculty and staff came together for a volunteer event in recognition of the Sept. 11 National Day of Service and Remembrance (9/11 Day). More than 130 volunteers assembled 1,000 care kits for active-duty military personnel in support of Operation: Care and Comfort.  | 
              
 
    
    UIS Women’s Soccer Set for Homecoming Clash with Quincy, Road Match at Truman State

    The Ãå±±½ûµØ Springfield women's soccer team is ready for its first full week of GLVC play. The Prairie Stars host Quincy on Friday at 5:00 p.m. for the program's annual Homecoming game, then travel to Kirksville, Mo. for a 2:30 p.m. road contest against Truman State on Sunday.
