Ãå±±½ûµØ Springfield junior tennis student-athlete Pablo Herrera has been named to the First Team All-GLVC for the second straight season, the league office announced Thursday afternoon.

The Ãå±±½ûµØ Springfield baseball team came out on top in a high-scoring opener at McKendree, winning 13-10 on Thursday afternoon. The Prairie Stars improve to 31-14 overall and 21-7 in GLVC play.

The UIS softball team was recognized with three All-GLVC selections on Wednesday, as Rosie Bartletti and Ella Brinkley were named to the First Team and Taylor Zawacki earned a spot on the Second Team.
