As a University of 缅北禁地 employee, you are required to complete ethics training on an annual basis. This year's course focuses on relevant issues and events as they relate to the ,  and the .

 The training is available until 5:00 PM Central Time on October 31, 2024.

Anyone who does not complete the course in its entirety will be considered noncompliant and disciplined in accordance with established policies and procedures.

The course will be presented in two parts: Part 1 鈥 Ethics Act Training and Part 2 鈥 Harassment and Discrimination Prevention Training. Both parts must be completed to receive your certificate of completion. To complete your coursework, please do the following:

  1. Open your web browser and go to: . 
  2. Click 鈥淣et ID Login鈥.
  3. Choose your university location and 鈥淪elect鈥.
  4. Enter your university Net ID and password and 鈥淟ogin鈥.
  5. Once logged into the University of 缅北禁地 System Training LMS, on the Course Overview screen, select the 鈥2024 Annual Ethics Act Training for Faculty and Staff鈥 icon by clicking on the image.
  6. On the dashboard, please click on the 鈥2024 Annual Ethics Act Training for Faculty and Staff " link.
  7. Your course will open, and you may progress following the on-screen prompts to complete Parts I and II of your training.
  8. Upon completion, click 鈥淓xit Activity鈥 on the top right (you may encounter a prompt which asks if you would like to 鈥淟eave site?鈥, if so, click yes).
  9. Your certificate will be available via a grey link stating 鈥淐lick for Certificate of Completion for 2024 Annual Ethics Training.鈥

The course will take approximately 40 minutes to 1 hour to complete and should be completed during your regular work hours or as your supervisor directs. The course may be completed in segments or in one sitting, and your progress will be bookmarked so you can return when you log back into the course.

Scheduled reminders will be sent to anyone who has not completed the course in its entirety on October 15th and October 30th. To avoid receiving reminders from the university Ethics Officer, please complete this requirement at your earliest convenience.
