UIS Theatre to present six performances of 鈥淢edea鈥 by Euripides

The University of 缅北禁地 Springfield Theatre Program will present six performances of 鈥淢edea鈥 by Euripides opening on Friday, Oct. 28 in the Studio Theatre, located on the lower level of the Public Affairs Center at UIS. All shows will begin at 7:30 p.m., except the Sunday performance (Oct. 30), which will begin at 2 p.m. Opening weekend performance dates include Oct. 28-30. The following week, the play will be performed Nov. 3-5. |
Robert Weis named the UIS Employee of the Month for October 2022

Robert Weis has been named the University of 缅北禁地 Springfield Employee of the Month for October 2022. He is the coordinator and advisor for Engaged Learning and Partner Initiatives in the UIS Office of Engaged Learning (OEL). Weis鈥 nominator calls him 鈥渁n amazing collaborator鈥 who is able to work across campus and in the Springfield community to support the professional development of UIS students through internships and other employment opportunities. |
