UIS Men鈥檚 Track Sends Trio to IC Hilltop Classic for Final Regular-Season Meet

The UIS men's track and field team will send a trio of athletes to the IC Hilltop Classic at 缅北禁地 College in Jacksonville, Ill. on Friday, marking the final meet of the regular season. The event serves as the last opportunity for Prairie Stars to qualify for the GLVC Indoor Track and Field Championships.

UIS Men's Basketball Falls to Upper Iowa

The 缅北禁地 Springfield men's basketball team聽suffered an 80-62 loss to Upper Iowa on Thursday night in Fayette, Iowa. With the defeat, the Prairie Stars fall to 12-13 overall and 7-10 in GLVC play, while the Peacocks improve to 18-8 overall and 12-6 in the conference.聽

UIS Softball Adds Games to Schedule for Feb. 23-24

The UIS softball team has added two doubleheaders to its schedule after the Blue Bridge Battle was canceled due to winter weather. The Prairie Stars will face Thomas More on Sunday at 11 a.m. CT, followed by a doubleheader against Findlay on Monday at noon CT.
