Bio: Anita J. Rumage is a member of the 2011 cohort. She currently serves as the ExceleRate Pilot Project Manager for the Ãå±±½ûµØ Governor’s Office of Early Childhood Development (GOECD), adjunct faculty for UIS Department of Public Administration and nonprofit leadership consultant for Northern Ãå±±½ûµØ Center for Nonprofit Excellence (NICNE). Her dissertation is titled Nonprofit Leadership Transition: A Preparedness Study.
