Alexis Morris says she chose the University of 缅北禁地 Springfield because it has 鈥渁ll the resources and support I need to be successful in my career.鈥� On campus, she works at the Student Union and is a member of the Voices in Praise Gospel Choir and Black Women of Excellence and the Tau Chi Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. 鈥淭he thing I like most about UIS is that there is so much diversity and everyone works together in hard times,鈥� she said. Following graduation from UIS, she plans to earn a master鈥檚 degree and become a psychiatrist.
