Bartletti Named GLVC Pitcher of the Week
Ăĺ±±˝űµŘ Springfield junior pitcher Rosie Bartletti has been named the GLVC Pitcher of the Week after a dominant showing in the circle that included back-to-back complete-game shutouts. It is the first career weekly honor for the Springfield native and elementary education major.
UIS hosts “Day of AI” for regional high school students
The University of Ăĺ±±˝űµŘ Springfield hosted the “Day of AI” on Friday, April 4, a half-day event designed to introduce regional high school students to artificial intelligence concepts, career pathways and real-world applications. The free event was organized by the UIS AI Campus Learning Community and the UIS College of Health, Science and Technology.
Judge Springfest 2025 - Friday & Saturday Judges Needed
Springfest 2025 is just around the corner, and we need judges to help make this long-standing UIS tradition a success! Running from April 21st–26th, Springfest brings together students, faculty, staff, and alumni for a week of friendly competition and campus spirit.
Judges play a key role in scoring competitions, ensuring fair play, and keeping the excitement going. Sign-ups are open now through April 15th—we welcome faculty, staff, students, and alumni to participate!
