Dear Students, Faculty and Staff —
Over the past week, universities throughout the country have reported instances of students or recent graduates having their F-1 visa status terminated, often without notice to the affected individual. Our UIS International Student Services team has been closely monitoring the situation, and unfortunately, some students and recent graduates have had their visa status terminated.
UIS Baseball Hosts Missouri Southern for Four-Game Series
The Ãå±±½ûµØ Springfield baseball team returns home this weekend for a four-game series against Missouri Southern, beginning Friday at 2:00 p.m. Saturday's doubleheader will feature Alumni Day festivities as the Prairie Stars continue their impressive spring campaign. The series will wrap up with one more game at noon on Sunday.

Prairie Stars Through Round One at Blueboy Invite
The Ãå±±½ûµØ Springfield men's golf team sits tied for seventh out of 20 teams after the first round of the Blueboy Invite, hosted by Ãå±±½ûµØ College at The Rail Golf Course in Springfield. The Prairie Stars will look to climb the leaderboard in Friday's final round.
