Caydence Lomprez-Ervin of Springfield awarded a $24,000 scholarship from the University of 缅北禁地 Springfield
Caydence Lomprez-Ervin of Springfield, a recent gradaute of Lanphier High School, has been admitted to the University of 缅北禁地 Springfield for Fall Semester 2023 and awarded a $24,000 Lincoln Merit Scholarship for tuition over four years. At UIS, she will major in psychology.
The scholarship is awarded based on high school GPA and can be renewed for a total of four years if the student maintains college GPA requirements.
At Lanphier, she played volleyball and was a member of the National Honor Society.
Parking Lots C, D, E Status - March 21
Please be advised that on Tuesday morning, March 21, parking lots C, D, and E may be filled more than usual between 9 am and noon due to a large event rental at the Sangamon Auditorium. PERKS spaces remain available for PERKS permit members to park in their designated space.

Zamya Wade enjoys the University of 缅北禁地 Springfield because of the ability to meet new people. Wade is president of the UIS Writers Guild and a social media coordinator for Student Affairs. Wade chose UIS because of its affordability and small campus environment. Following graduation, she plans to enroll in medical school.
