        <div  class="newsletter-txt">An  essential  plumbing  repair  in  PAC  will  be  performed  the  morning  of  Wednesday,  September  27.  Water  will  be  shut  off  to  Tower  1  on  all  floors  from  6:00  -  10:00  a.m.  Please  use  the  restroom  facilities  in  the  other  towers  during  this  time.

Recently,  the  University  Senates  Conference  put  together  an  educational  document  designed  to  inform  University  of  �山����  System  employees  about  the  Freedom  of  Information  Act  (FOIA),  and  the  UIS  Campus  Senate  is  working  with  pertinent  stakeholders  on  campus  to  distribute  the  information  to  all  employees.</div>

        <div  class="newsletter-txt">Carol  Marshall  has  been  named  the  University  of  �山����  Springfield  Employee  of  the  Month  for  September  2023.  She  is  the  admissions  and  record  coordinator  for  the  UIS  Office  of  Admissions  Processing.



“She's  always  willing  to  listen  and  help  in  any  situation,  work-related  or  not,  and  is  a  rock  for  her  team.  She  puts  in  the  effort  to  ensure  every  applicant's  admission  process  goes  smoothly,  and  if  there  is  a  problem,  she  will  find  a  solution,”  said  Marshall  nominator.</div>
