The Division of Advancement is seeking projects to consider for awarding one-time (non-reoccurring) money from the UIS Fund. Throughout the year, UIS alumni, employees and friends make contributions to the UIS Fund, the overall unrestricted gift fund for UIS. This fund provides maximum flexibility in advancing UIS.

UIS to celebrate commencement during three ceremonies on May 9 and 10
The University of Ãå±±½ûµØ Springfield will hold its 54th annual commencement during three ceremonies in the UIS Performing Arts Center’s Sangamon Auditorium on Friday, May 9 and Saturday, May 10. A total of 1,071 students will participate in the ceremony out of the 1,587 students who are eligible to graduate.
UIS Women’s Tennis Drops Final Matches, Celebrates Senior Day
The Ãå±±½ûµØ Springfield women's tennis team closed out the regular season with a pair of close losses to tough GLVC opponents over the weekend. The Prairie Stars finished the season with a 1-11 overall record and a 1-4 mark in conference play.
Prior to the match on Saturday, the team honored its seniors — Carmen Llopis Fabra, Kamila Kalinowska, and Piper Schrepferman — with a pre-match recognition ceremony.
