        <div  class="newsletter-txt">The  UIS  men's  outdoor  track  &amp;  field  team  has  been  ranked  10th  in  the  2025  Great  Lakes  Valley  Conference  (GLVC)  Preseason  Coaches'  Poll,  as  announced  by  the  league  office  on  Tuesday.

UIS  earned  66  points  in  the  poll,  positioning  them  just  behind  McKendree  and  Truman  State,  who  tied  for  eighth  place.  The  Prairie  Stars  will  look  to  make  strides  in  the  conference  during  the  outdoor  season.</div>

        <div  class="newsletter-txt">The  UIS  women's  golf  team  finished  in  sixth  place  at  the  Flyers  Spring  Invitational  at  Cantigny  Golf  Club,  posting  a  total  score  of  663  after  rounds  of  328  and  335.  Elaine  Grant  led  the  way,  earning  her  first  career  tournament  win  with  a  stellar  performance.</div>

        <div  class="newsletter-txt">The  UIS men's  golf  team  finished  sixth  at  the  Flyers  Spring  Invitational,  held  at  Cantigny  Golf  Club.  The  Prairie  Stars  posted  a  team  score  of  617  after  rounds  of  301  and  316  in  a  competitive  field.</div>
