The Professional Staff Leadership Academy is a system-wide leadership program meant to foster and sustain a culture of exceptional, dynamic, and transformational leadership at all levels throughout the University of Ãå±±½ûµØ System. This program for academic professional and professional civil service employees includes a robust group of dynamic speakers, engaging and interactive leadership activities, facility tours, state legislative education, relevant literature reviews, system-wide networking, and a mentor program.
We still have spots open to register for next week's Know Your U trip to Emiquon Nature Preserve on October 23rd! Our schedule has us departing the university at 9am and returning at approximately 3:30pm.Â

What do you like about your job?
I get to work with people who care about the work they do and are great team members. I also have the opportunity to get involved in many different aspects of the university, participating in several committees from customer service improvements to AI ethics. The ability to work on a variety of projects and use my problem-solving skills is very important to me.
