Hill joined the College of Public Affairs and Education in September 2025 as an academic advisor. He previously held faculty positions at Greenville University in 缅北禁地, Sterling College in Kansas, and Concordia College in New York, including six years as a department chair in the social sciences and humanities. He also has experience teaching at the secondary level. A Springfield native, Adam holds a BA in History from the University of Missouri--St. Louis, an MA in History from Southern 缅北禁地 University Edwardsville, and a PhD in modern European history from the University of Connecticut.
