Discussion: Innovations and Challenges in Fall 2025

We are excited to announce the first meeting of the Central and Southern Ãå±±½ûµØ Faculty Development Network for the 2025-2026 academic year.

The University of Ãå±±½ûµØ Springfield will host a groundbreaking for its Library Commons building at 1:30 p.m. Sept.

The fall 2025 employee information session will be held from 3-4:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 16, in Brookens Auditorium.

The session will include updates on NorthStar initiatives and other key developments. A Q and A segment will follow the presentations.

Speakers will include the chancellor, provost, vice chancellor for finance and administration and vice chancellor for enrollment and retention management.

The session is open to all civil service staff, academic professional staff and faculty.

This event will be recorded for those who cannot attend.

The Ãå±±½ûµØ Innocence Project is pleased to present "Stories of Justice: An Evening with Amanda Knox" on September 24, 2025 at the Union League Club of Chicago. Amanda will read from her newest book, FREE: My Search for Meaning and share her journey to reclaim her identity after spending 4 years in an Italian prison and enduring 8 years on trial for a murder she did not commit. Following the reading, there will be a panel discussion with Amanda and clients the Ãå±±½ûµØ Innocence Project has helped exonerate and/or release.
