The University Senates Conference (USC), in conjunction with various stakeholders of the University of Ãå±±½ûµØ System, has proposed significant changes to the Code of Conduct. USC has requested feedback on this new University of Ãå±±½ûµØ System Values and Principles for Conduct document from each University within the System, to be collected by the respective Campus Senate.

The Civil Service Advisory Council is launching a new initiative to provide mentors for new employees and employees starting in new positions. The Mentorship Program will have two segments for employees to utilize and contribute to; Onboarding and Resource. It is important to note that this program is not designed to replace or circumvent current University and unit training.
