The Academic Professional Advisory Committee (APAC)Â meets on the 2nd Thursday of each month. Meetings are from 9 to 10:30 a.m.

One AP from each of the five APAC districts composes the committee that submits three finalists to the Chancellor for the annual award. APs who serve on the Awards Committee are not eligible to receive the award in the year they are making the selection.

In 1977, University of Ãå±±½ûµØ President Corbally created the  to serve the academic professionals working at the University, and provide advice to the University of Ãå±±½ûµØ president on behalf of all academic professionals.
The Academic Professional Advisory Committee (APAC) established by University Statutes, serves in an advisory role to the chancellor and provides representation of academic professionals in governance.
