Yamani Shareef chose the University of 缅北禁地 Springfield because it gave him a chance to continue his academic and athletic career as a member of the . 鈥淚 really like the close-knit, family feel that UIS and Springfield gives off,鈥� he said. 鈥淎dditionally, Springfield is a very cool place to live and it has so many attractions, restaurants and places to explore and enjoy.鈥� Back at home, Shareef volunteers at his brother鈥檚 school, which provides education, life skills, training, therapy and recreation to a student body comprised of all autistic students. Following graduation from UIS, he plans to take the required tests in order to become an actuary.
