It  is  hosted  by  the  UIS  Center  for  State  Policy  and  Leadership  and  UIS  College  of  Public  Affairs  and  Administration.  Co-sponsors  include  the  UIS  Office  of  Continuing  and  Professional  Education  and  NPR  缅北禁地.
