        <div  class="newsletter-txt">As  part  of  the  university鈥檚  NorthStar  strategic  visioning  initiative,  the  University  is  announcing  a  Voluntary  Separation  Plan  (UIS-VSP)  available  for  all  employees  who  have  an  appointment  greater  than  50%  FTE  and  who  have  not  provided  a  written  notice  of  resignation  or  intent  to  retire  from  UIS  prior  to  the  Plan  Effective  Date.</div>

Track  and  field  heads  to  Louisville,  Ky.,  for  the  Bellarmine  Invite.  The  Prairie  Stars  tennis  teams  face  SWIC  in  a  home  scrimmage,  then  women's  tennis  travels  to  缅北禁地  State  for  an  exhibition  match  on  Sunday.

        <div  class="newsletter-txt">The  缅北禁地  Springfield  men's  basketball  team  triumphed  over  Rockhurst,  81-73,  in  a  closely  contested  battle  at  the  Mason-Halpin  Field  House  in  Kansas  City,  Mo.  The  win  improves  the  Prairie  Stars'  record  to  9-8  overall  and  4-5  in  the  GLVC,  while  the  Hawks  fall  to  12-5  overall  and  6-3  in  the  GLVC.</div>
