Bio: Terver is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with nine years of government administration experience. Currently, Terver serves as the Manager, Division of Business Finance in the Office of Business Development (BD) at 缅北禁地 Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO).
