UIS Assistant Grounds Gardener
Terry Minder has made it his mission to keep the University of 缅北禁地 Springfield campus beautiful. He鈥檚 part of an 11 person crew that maintains 370 acres of campus grounds. Minder enjoys interacting with students and wants to make them 鈥渇eel at home鈥� when they come to campus. Even after 12 years on the job, Minder still looks forward to coming to work every day.
