Hello campus faculty and staff:
There are multiple versions of file supplies, three-ring binders, and other useful supplies听located in UHB 1054. Our goal is to have the excess supplies moved from that space as soon as possible. If you have use for any of the items listed below, please remove, and take possession of them听by Friday, December 15, 2023. The space will be open between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. daily. Otherwise, on Monday we will begin the surplus and disposal process for the remaining items.听
Please听do not touch or tamper with anything on the right side of the room听(chairs, dividers, etc.) Other than that, all other items are good for the taking to build up your听office supplies.
- 100s of 3-Ring Binders
- 100s of hanging and file folders (new and recyclable)
- Index cardholders
- 4 clipboards (two long and two 8.5 x 11)
- Several full-sized desk drawer organizers
- A tape dispenser
- Binder clips galore
- Paper clips galore
- Ink pens and highlighters that may or may not write.
- Two hand trucks (questionable condition)
- The furniture and pieces that are required for desk assembly to the rear of the space are听off-limits听as well.听Only office supplies bulleted above,听and computer bags are there to make them your own.
