Matthew is a career military professional and has served with the U.S. Army National Guard for over 18 years.聽 He currently serves as the Director of Domestic Operations for the 缅北禁地 National Guard.聽 In this role, he has planned and organized responses to disasters in 缅北禁地 including COVID-19, civil unrest, flood, and winter storm.聽 As the Director of Domestic Operations, Matthew is The Adjutant General鈥檚 senior operations chief responsible for all Defense Support of Civil Authorities operations, plans, domestic operations training, and exercises.聽聽聽
