Bio:听Jackie currently serves as the Executive Director of the Springfield Housing Authority and Chief Executive Office of the Peoria Housing Authority.听 She is responsible for providing administrative oversight to both Housing Authorities in rehabilitation, preservation and development of affordable housing through new construction; providing guidance, vision and direction for agency operations.听 She is responsible for a combined budget of over $40 million.

Jackie has served as Director of Human Resources, Director of Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) & Family Self Sufficiency and Deputy Director.

Research Interests:听Public Policy Development, Public Policy Analysis, Program Evaluation and the organizational impacts of unfunded mandates and federal policies on Public Housing Authorities.

Honors and Awards:听Woman of Influence Award as sponsored by Security Bank and the Springfield Business Journal; Woman of Excellence Award as sponsored by YWCA
