Anna Schurz enrolled at the University of 缅北禁地 Springfield because of the close-knit community feel that is felt throughout the campus and within the organizations. Schurz is part of multiple organizations, including the Capital Scholars Honors Program, the UIS women鈥檚 soccer team and the UIS orchestra. She also holds leadership positions within the Christian Student Fellowship organization and the UIS Green Fee Committee. Schurz was selected as the Student Laureate by the Lincoln Academy of 缅北禁地 for the Class of 2025. After graduation, she intends to pursue a master鈥檚 degree in environmental science.
