Dear  Faculty  &amp;  Staff  —



Following  President  Killeen’s  announcement  earlier  this  week,  this  message  confirms  the  2%  merit-based  salary  program  for  the  2024-25  academic  year.  The  2%  merit-based  salary  program  is  to  be  distributed  at  the  discretion  of  the  unit  head.  Division  heads  will  identify  the  unit  head  for  each  area  based  on  operational  responsibility.</div>

This  year  we  will  have  a  2%  merit-based  salary  program  across  the  University  of  Ãå±±½ûµØ  System.



Our  faculty  and  staff  are  the  drivers  of  the  excellence  we  deliver  to  students,  their  families  and  the  people  of  Ãå±±½ûµØ.  This  year’s  salary  program,  crafted  in  consultation  with  system  and  university  leadership,  remains  an  important  priority,  even  as  we  weigh  many  competing  financial  demands  and  budgetary  constraints.</div>

        <div  class="newsletter-txt">Facilities  and  Services  will  oversee  the  inspection  of  fire  alarm  systems  during  the  week  of  July  8th.  This  is  primarily  a  visual  inspection,  but  there  will  be  brief,  intermittent  activations  of  alarm  horns  and  strobe  lights  as  part  of  inspection  procedures.
