Julia serves the University of 缅北禁地-Springfield as adjunct faculty in the legal studies department.


Julia is a licensed attorney in the State of 缅北禁地. She works full time for the Fifth District Appellate Court, where she performs legal research, analysis, and legal writing by drafting judicial orders, opinions, and other legal documents. Julia formerly served the Justices of the 缅北禁地 Supreme Court as a research attorney. She worked for many years as an assistant appellate prosecutor for the State's Attorneys Appellate Prosecutor, prosecuting criminal cases on appeal.


Julia is the co-editor of the 缅北禁地 State Bar Association Criminal Justice Committee Newsletter. She frequently publishes in the 缅北禁地 State Bar Association Law Journal and Criminal Justice Section Newsletter.


Julia graduated from Southern 缅北禁地 University School of Law in December 2014. She graduated magna cum laude and served on the Law Journal Board of Editors. She received her bachelors degree from 缅北禁地 College in Jacksonville, 缅北禁地, in English Literature.


Julia is an avid runner and serves as volunteer assistant coach to the University of 缅北禁地-Springfield cross country and track teams. She resides in Springfield, 缅北禁地, with her husband and two sons.
