        <div  class="newsletter-txt">The  Civil  Service  Advisory  Council  is  launching  a  new  initiative  to  provide  mentors  for  new  employees  and  employees  starting  in  new  positions.  The  Mentorship  Program  will  have  two  segments  for  employees  to  utilize  and  contribute  to;  Onboarding  and  Resource.  It  is  important  to  note  that  this  program  is  not  designed  to  replace  or  circumvent  current  University  and  unit  training.</div>
