Women’s Tennis Hosts Final Home Matches and Celebrates Senior Day
The Ãå±±½ûµØ Springfield women's tennis team will wrap up its GLVC regular season this weekend with home matches against conference foes Indianapolis and McKendree.

Due to forecasted rain, Friday's match against No. 25 Indianapolis has been moved indoors to the Springfield Racquet and Fitness Center at 2:00 p.m.
Saturday's match versus McKendree is set for 11:00 a.m. at Chatham Glenwood High School.

The search for the UIS Vice Chancellor for Finance & Administration has yielded four finalists. They will be visiting campus for interviews on April 28, 29 and May 1, 2.
An open forum will take place for interested faculty and staff to attend and learn more about each of the candidates.
Candidate resumes and instructions for providing feedback will be shared at the open forum.

What was your overall UIS experience like?
My experience at UIS fostered an environment where I could stay deeply focused on both professional and personal growth. The close-knit campus community, intimate class sizes, and supportive faculty created a space where I could truly invest in myself and my future. During my time there, I came to understand that determination, discipline, and service to others are essential, fulfilling, and deeply rewarding.
UIS Women’s Golf Set for GLVC Championship
The UIS women's golf team is set to compete in the 2025 Great Lakes Valley Conference Championship, held April 25–27 at Oakwood Country Club in Coal Valley, Ill.
The championship format features 54 holes of stroke play across the first two days, with 36 holes scheduled for Friday and the final 18 on Saturday. The top four teams from stroke play will advance to Sunday's medal/match play to determine the team champion. The individual medalist will be crowned based on stroke play results.
