Eligibility
Any full-time or part-time employee or retiree of the University of Ãå±±½ûµØ Springfield.
Fees
Payments can be made by credit or debit card at the TRAC front desk.
- Cash and checks are not accepted.
- Card information is not stored, so monthly membership payments must be processed in person each month.
- Faculty and staff may choose to pay via payroll deduction by completing the appropriate authorization form at the TRAC front desk.

Family Membership
- Includes a spouse or domestic partner and up to two (2) children or adult dependents living at the same address, for a total of four (4) members.
- Children must be at least 16 years old to use TRAC without an adult.
- Children must be 14 years old to use the fitness area and must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
Walking Membership
- Includes unlimited access to the second-level track and complimentary hand towel service.
- This membership does not include access to the locker rooms, fitness area, or arena.
Shower Membership
- Includes soap, towel service, and a daily-use lock.
- Does not include access to the track, fitness area, or arena.
Multi-Use Pass
How does it work?
- Cardholders must present a valid UIS i-card at the front desk.
- Upon verification, the pass will be marked for that day's use.
- The pass is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
- Cardholders receive the same access as Rec Members for TRAC programs and services, with the following exceptions: No extended equipment check-out (e.g., StarBikes)
- Not eligible for intramural participation
- Cardholders may host guests according to the Guest Policy.
What are the benefits?
- Reduced front desk transaction time compared to single-use passes.
- Fewer waivers to complete.
- 12 visits for the price of 10.
Winter Pass
How does it work?
- Cardholders must present a valid UIS i-card at the front desk.
- Cardholders receive the same access as Rec Members for TRAC programs and services.
What are the benefits?
- Reduced front desk transaction time compared to a monthly membership.
- 4.5 months of access for the price of 3.8 months — a cost-effective option for extended use during the winter season.
